Yesterday In Rz-w"s UKS member of staff executive agreed to the "S" Union"s demendings, dividing funds which came from savings on planned salary to  all member of staff . So that we are looking fot to obtain average about 2 tusds. Praise God ! Harmony and understandig are possible in the workplace. What about Lublin ?

U nas za zgodą związków zawodowych , które podobno nic nie mogły zrobić, włączono 50 % oszczędności do funduszu nagród. Resztę wypłacono wszystkim pracownikom .

Jeśli się zgodziły, to znaczy, że nic nie próbowały zrobić, a nawet przeciwnie - akceptują tę decyzję :mur:

W moim Urzędzie jak sam tytuł wskazuje oszczędności wypłacane są od ok.2 lat w ramach nagród dla "wybitnych" i ich osiągnięć z tym że kryteria tych osiągnięć zmieniane są co kwartał i w końcu nie wiadomo co w danym okresie jest priorytetem. Dochodzę więc do wniosku że i tak nagrody dostaną ci co wg. uznania "góry" mają dostać. :angry:  Przy tych marnych pensjach, uważam że w okresie przedświątecznym każdy z pracowników zasłużył na tzw. karpiówkę, dlaczego tylko wybrańcy mają mieć weselsze święta  :mur:

W WIELKOPOLSCE CISZA, NIKT NIC NIE WIE ((( CHYBA SIĘ :piwo:

Woj. Sląskie - podobno są jakieś oszczędności - owiane wielką tajemnicą.
Podział jest prosty - najpierw kierownictwo - wg zasług (czyt. każdy zasłużył na bardzo dużo), a to co zostało dla pracowników - czyt. marne resztki (przecież im nie trzeba).

W IS Rzeszów chodzą słuchy, że oszczędności nie będą dla wszystkich. Decyzja ile, jak i komu ma zapaść teraz w grudniu.

Nie wiadomo, ale ekstrapolując, sekwencja zdarzeń nie będzie się różniła w sposób zasadniczy od scenariusza, który od jakiegoś czasu jest powielany przez księcia i usłużnych dworaków, może jakieś ochłapy spadną z 'pańskiego" stołu, ale dla nielicznych, którzy opanowali sztukę serwilizmu w stopniu zadawalającym aktualnie panujące "elyty". Później z minami niewiniątek pożyczą wszystkim wesołych świąt, a my pomyślimy s...........e jak najprędzej tam gdzie wasze miejsce.

A jeżeli chodzi o oszczędności to wyraźnie napisałem, że będą ... chyba, że nie przeczytałaś: we are expecting to get about 2,2 thuous-d i to chyba teraz jasne    See you !  A jeszcze jedno wcale się nie boję  to był tylko żart  z językiem angielskim z jedynie mi wiadomych przyczyn. U nas 2200 zł średnia dla każdego z oszczędności po silnym nacisku "S"  I to się liczy i o to chodzi Pozdro  dzięki za wsparcie

Wracam ci ja po po paru dniach wolnego i co ja słyszę?? Że warszawski DIS wymyślił jak skłócić do reszty wszystkich ze wszystkimi. Hej Mazowszacy czy prawdą jest, że został ogłoszony nowy teleturniej jeden z pięćdziesięciu? A w nagrodę uścisk dłoni prezesa a kasa ze środków własnych? Aż mi się nie chciało wierzyć. Możecie coś bliżej?
